The European Office for Kenneth Copeland Ministries wanted a website that was similar to the US main site www.kcm.org, with a UK feel about it. They wanted an online store at least as good as the US head office with control over the data and products. The online store holds at least 1,000 products; this is controlled by the UK office themselves and updated regularly. This would not have been good for their Search Engine ranking and the visitor would not have been able to search from the database of jobs. The compromise was a database driven site with an element of Flash. Employers can add jobs online, and job seekers can search sector, area and salary to find the right job; they can then upload a letter and c.v. all online.
